This exciting position will suit someone who may be currently working as a Sales Agent and wants a change or a Sales Assistant or PA, or possibly even someone with strong sales experience who is driven and motivated to succeed. This exciting position could lead you into a profit share within the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all elements of buyers interaction
• All buyer contact/follow up
• Buyer Contact and Database management
• Assisting with prospecting and marketing
• Property & Client reports
• Attending listing proposals and presentations
• Property appointments with the Clients
• Auction Bidding and Negotiation

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Current Driver’s License
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Immaculate grooming and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
